Penns Valley Elementary School Spring Mills, PA The project consists of a new 59,000sf two story addition and renovation of the existing 53,000 sf Elementary School Building. The new addition will be brick cased, masonary construction with a build-up roof system. Bookstore Addition Penn State Altoona Campus Altoona, PA The project consisted of a 2000 square foot addition that increased the sales floor and display area and provided additional offices. The project included intricate design befitting the ststure of the Altoona Campus. Goshen Elementary School Clearfield Area School District Clearfield PA New one story, 27,000 SF elementary school building. This building has masonary walls with split faced block exterior, and a unique light gage metal hip roof truss system with insulated deck and shingles. Centre Region Council of Governments Office Building State College PA New 18000 SF state of the art office building consisting of two full stories for offices and a forum meeting room. Mechanical systems are in the attic and basement of the building.
